Online Course Sales Representative

Pak Education is a leading online computer education provider.  We are looking for an online sales representative to join our team. We're looking for someone who can help us expand our customer base by finding new ways to reach out to potential customers and by growing existing relationships with current customers. This role will involve you connecting with prospective customers and developing long-term relationships with them. You will be responsible for helping them to see the value in our services, which will help us continue to grow.

Requirements:

-Experience of  using online educational tools or providing customer service via online platforms such as email, chat, Meet, Zoom or other education platforms.

-You must have at least some experience selling products or services.

-You must have experience working on teams (this includes working with your co-workers as well as clients).

Qualifications:

Graduating soon / have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Management Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or other related Science, Technology and Engineering disciplines.

Social Media Officer Internships

The Social Media Officer is responsible for the content management of social media channels, user engagement and community management. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that engage customers, generate customer loyalty and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor social media channels and analyze engagement data to identify trends, customer feedback and customer service opportunities

2. Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to execute campaigns on social media channels

3. Carry out community management activities such as engaging with users in a friendly and prompt fashion

4. Create content for the company's social media channels

5. Work with Marketing to provide customer service on social media channels

6. Develop a content calendar to plan posts in advance

7. Monitor activity on all social media channels to be aware of customer needs

8. Create paid ads on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. when necessary

9. Engage with influencers when possible to increase reach

10. Analyze metrics and report on campaign performance.

11. Compile customer feedback in order to improve the product or service.

Requirements:

Experience of  using online educational tools or providing customer service via online platforms such as email, chat, Meet, Zoom or others education platforms.

Qualifications:

Graduating soon / have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Management Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or other related Science, Technology and Engineering disciplines.

Online Computer  Instructors/Teachers

The Online Computer  Instructors/Teachers are responsible for teaching online courses, moderating online discussions and providing customer service to students. The instructors are expected to have a deep understanding of the course material, the ability to teach the material using different pedagogical approaches, excellent professional skills (such as written and oral communication), and experience with content development. Our instructors are expected to create engaging, well-paced courses that meet learner needs. Instructors are also responsible for providing timely feedback and responding to learner inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare course content for the students and plan lessons

2. Assess student progress and provide feedback

3. Answer student questions, respond to posts and troubleshoot technical issues

4. Collaborate with other educators to ensure that all students are supported

5. Engage in ongoing learning, professional development and training opportunities

6. Assist with marketing efforts

7. Communicate with relevant stakeholders as needed

8. Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment

9. Maintain a high level of professionalism in both language and conduct at all times

10. Attend  meetings with other teachers/instructors online as well as physically.

Requirements:

Minimum  3  years experience of teaching online computer courses or providing customer service via online platforms such as email, chat, Meet, Zoom or others education platforms.

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or other related Science, Technology and Engineering disciplines.

Salary :  Rs 500/hours
